LICENSED REFINERY TESTING
All gold shall be tested and assayed at a licensed refinery in Accra.
Final payment will be made based on the official assay results of the mutually agreed refinery.
The buyer is welcome to visit Ghana to personally witness the gold inspection, testing, and transaction process.

GENERAL PROCEDURE
- Buyer submits Letter of Intent (LOI) with company details and Proof of Funds (POF).
- Seller provides Soft Corporate Offer (SCO), followed by this FCO after buyer acceptance.
- Parties execute a Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA).
- Buyer may travel to Ghana or appoint a representative.
- Assay is conducted at a licensed refinery.
- Buyer makes full payment upon assay confirmation.
- Gold is transferred and shipped per agreed INCOTERMS.
